Our advertised speeds are the maximum your circuit is provisioned for. Wired devices on a modern router should hit within 5% of the plan speed during normal hours. Wi-Fi performance depends on your router, walls and devices — we'll do a free signal walk-through if you ever measure low.
Residential plans are month-to-month — cancel any time. Business plans are 12 or 24 months depending on tier, with documented early-termination fees in the service order.
Standard installation runs 5 business days from order to live service in serviceable areas. Same-day installation is available on weekdays in San Juan, Charlotte Amalie and Road Town for a small surcharge.
Yes — we provision your circuit at the demarcation point. You can connect any router that supports IEEE 802.1q VLAN (most modern consumer and prosumer routers do). We'll skip the rental fee.
Add the static IPv4 line item for $19.99/month on residential plans. Business plans include between 1 and 8 static IPv4 addresses depending on tier, plus IPv6 /56 by default.
Status updates post to our status page within 15 minutes of an event. Business plans with an SLA get automatic prorated credits if uptime drops below the contracted threshold for the month.
